Quality & Commissioning Process

Reliable Processes - Predictable Outcomes - Repeatable Results

Level 0

  • Design stage
  • Basis of Design is developed
  • Specifications for systems and equipment are developed
  • Design Review
  • Procurement
  • IFC Drawings are issued

Level 1

  • Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Factory Witness Testing
  • Client Team is presented with the systems/equipment which will be delivered to the project site
  • Factory Testing is conducted and witnessed and signed off as ready to dispatch

Level 2A

  • Delivery Verification
  • Vendors/Contractors take receipt of their systems and equipment
  • Initial inspection that no damage has been caused during transport to site

Level 2B

  • Construction is complete 
  • All Static and Dead Testing has been completed and witnessed
  • Documentation and test reports are completed and uploaded to the project repository and linked to the appropriate Level 2B Tag 
  • Upon review and sign off by the appointed Design and Commissioning Consultants. energization is requested

Energization Process

  • Bespoke Digital Energization Process
  • Upon Level 2B Tag achievement, the Vendor/Contractor requests energization of the system/equipment 
  • This is a transparent process where all stakeholders have visibility of what will be energized

Level 3

  • Site Acceptance Testing
  • Vendor/Contractor conduct testing against the SOO

Level 4

  • Functional Performance Testing
  • CxA executes the FPT to validate the design intent has been met and all systems operate as per the SOO

Level 5

  • Integrated Systems Testing
  • CxA executes the IST to validate that all critical systems are functioning as per the design

Level 6

  • Handover to Operations Team
  • The Cx Team officially sign off the facility as Ready for Service
  • Training takes place for the Operations Team to familiarise themselves with all systems and equipment
  • The Operations Team takes receipt of the facility and verifies that all systems are in auto with no alarms
